During the summer of 2013 Kate and Devon were briefly introduced by Kate’s mom, who had worked with Devon for a few years at the time.

It wasn’t until a year later that the two would re-meet, and get to know one another, after Kate graduated college and began a short term stint of working for the same company that Devon and her mom worked for.

From their first dates, which included games, shooting stars, red velvet cupcakes to the face, and lying in the grass getting to know one another, to Devon asking Kate to help him name his new kitten, they couldn’t have asked for a much better start.

On October 14, 2014 the two began officially dating and the rest was history.
